Gîte Notaire

The gîte on the ground floor – garden level – has a separate entrance, a living room with open kitchen with another entrance, a first bedroom on two levels opening onto the hallway, a second bedroom opening onto the living room, a bathroom with shower and double sink, a separate toilet and a storage space.

The large room is equipped with one double bed and two separate single beds three steps down. This room also gives access to the terrace through a porte-fenêtre. The second room, which opens onto the living room, has one double bed and is more suitable for parents. The living room with lounge and dining table has an open kitchen which is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

There is a TV with a Wii game console and wireless internet. From the living room there is also access to the garden/terrace via a staircase of four steps.

The terrace, which is higher than the lower swimming pool, offers sufficient space and is shaded by two plane trees, which provide natural cooling. The swimming pool with Roman steps measures 11 by 5.5 m and is paved all around so that sufficient sun loungers and parasols can be placed. There is also an outdoor shower.
